Ultra Tough pH Glass

Turtle Tough are proud to announce the release of our latest development… an ultra tough pH glass that is virtually unbreakable for it’s intended use.
This has been designed for very high velocity slurries and/or large particulates that would usually destroy pH sensors.
This sensor will also reduce glass breakages by operators who need to use aggressive cleaning to remove contaminants from around the sensor.
Operators are much LESS likely to damage the glass during cleaning. Once you see how strong it is, you will appreciate what we are claiming.
Brenton Ward, director of Turtle Tough says “There is still no better sensing element than glass for accuracy and performance in pH measurement. Despite decades of experimentation with non-glass pH elements, they still cannot even come close to matching the performance of glass.” Turtle Tough has a long history of making tough pH glasses. This glass is available in both our EXTREME and SLURRY model sensors and comes standard with DSST (digital smart sensor technology) which delivers all the benefits of this plug and play technology, including:
